I will have to log in to MLS navigate to the form get the relevant details on the property i.e. legal description which I have to look up in county clerk records and search for all the relevant information make sure I check and cross check that all information is accurate.

I think she should have a CL ad even just to direct respondents to, for them to see a more complete description and loads of photos, but that's my "info overload" rental strategy to not waste time with BS showings.

Yeah, I remember when I was looking there for a property for my family, this was 2012, maybe it is different now ... anyhow, I remember distinctly it was an old historic home ... ironically it just sold again (zillow 324 W 10th st) ... the property was beat up but beautiful, which pretty much matched the description of most of the block.

The limited information (metadata) carried with each transaction is clearly a legacy of credit card processing that is over-dependent on the phone system.Since we're past the point of small amounts of data costing a lot of energy and infrastructure to transfer, it would be nice to have more data available on a per transaction basis:- Descriptions- Memos- Geo coordinates- Customer service number (for business performing sale)- Customer service emailJust a few things that could be added.
