If I financed them with private money, would the concrete pad still matter?

They will advertise that they do sheetrock or landscaping or concrete work or framing or roofing or what have you, and for the longest time that was the easiest way to find your labor pool in the beginning.

Not sure if I am not asking the right questions but I am frustrated with many of the responses I get because people talk in circles and cant give me any solid, concrete examples of how they might apply an RE concept.  

Because he was a new investor, I recommended that we try to find a property with an actual concrete foundation as our baseline.

We have never bought a manufactured home, this one is in such a good location, but it looks like the entire front of the home is slipping back, about 5” front the concrete foundation.

The city requires the garage concrete floor to be a certain thickness when it is inhabited vs. just used for vehicles, so I know someone who had to excavate the floor then pour a new foundation that is the proper thickness.

Found a perfect piece of ground for a great price and on the main access road.Started tearing down the existing buildings and concrete foundations.

Well, if you have any concrete evidence why DMM beats SEO, PPC or Facebook ads, I am eager to hear it.If not,  will I guess hush, at least I am here educating people, preventing them from making a mistake.If not listen to people that "know it all", who are they supposed to listen to?

And most garages are not built as living space.It starts with the slab - 1) Different PSI concrete, 2) Wrong steel, 3) No (or wrong) vapor barrier 4) No hold-downs, 5) No shear walls....and it goes on from there.
