I don't believe they charge any fees aside from their cut of your commissions, so if you're not active, all you pay is 3rd party fees to MLS, TREC, Realtor board, etc.There are many great options to choose from out there, and no firm is right for everyone.

We're at the very bottom of what we can accept to make sure the bank loan gets paid off and there's still room left for 6% commissions & closing costs.The seller has stopped making payments, and the seller is about to go into bankruptcy.

The seller and the listing agent negotiate a commission at the time of listing and it is "paid by the seller" from their proceeds at closing, and at closing the commission is split between the listing agent and the buyer's agent at their agreed upon split.
