If there is a real problem and the agent isn't representing you correctly, I think there are a couple areas to explore.  

You can buy in any market for 20% down and you can start getting passive income from day 1.I put 25% down because I was able to get a better rate with the bank so try to explore that option as well.

ITs easy to get frustrated, but you can feel good with the fact that just for expanding your horizons, learning and exploring real estate investing, you are already part of a very select few, so congrats!

If you can leverage that money and turn it into higher monthly cash flow I would explore selling or 1031 exchange.

Just listen to what they teach, explore, discover.

Also, once you know who is who and can establish confidence in the abilities of some of these experienced investors, you may want to explore investing in one of their projects.
