Some tenants couldn't care less about additional technology and will not want to pay for it.If a landlord tried to offer me a tech package as an additional fee, I would have declined and informed them I'd buy it for myself when I bought my own home.In addition to that, as a landlord I'd only think about doing the smart items for a higher-end property and/or my direct competitors were doing it as well.

We have a storm brewing right now and the CARES act is supposed to end in October leaving a lot of people in a situation where they may lose their homes.If that does happen Nationwide that will cause a high number of foreclosures and short sales.
