Own a home. Balance: $254,600. 2.6%. 30yr mortgage. 1786/month. I don't have any other major bills. income: 4200-4800/month. Have Mutual funds. 50K. I want to start investing in real estate. Been watching all i can, but need some guidance. I thought of fixing my home first and maybe selling it to build apartments and live in one. or airbnb my home. If you have suggestions please let me know. I want to learn. I am here to learn. All ears. I'm excited and terrified for the future.
