I've read Rich Dad Poor Dad and a mentor/investor suggested Nothing Down for the 2000's.I'm in a really weird scenario.

After a friend’s enthusiastic recommendation, I decided to read Rich Dad Poor Dad which made me really excited about real estate as an investment.

I read rich dad poor dad and I am currently reading ultimate beginners guide to real estate investing.

Nothing is bulletproof unless you have the riches to buy real estate at rock bottom prices and be able to sit on it for 10 years-then you shouldn't be on this forum if you can do that.

A slow and steady approach probably fits her best, rather than a get rich quick.
