It is possible someone has no heirs, but that is pretty rare....brothers, sisters, cousins, parents, may have some right to the property.How have you determined there are no heirs?

Hi Carlos,Step one, now that you guys have the heads up on what's going to go down should be to call your renter and simply tell them you received this reference phone call and ask them when they intend to vacate (and why).Maybe it's a new job, maybe its a co-sign for a younger sister or brother just starting out, maybe Hell's Angles moved in next door and the motorcycle noise is driving them crazy.If this "Horrify's" her, she will need to toughen up.
