I do something most flippers don't bother doing.

Context: I own a small condo in a 3 condo unit, which I'm currently renting out. 3rd floor owner texts me at least twice a week for small nuisances about the tenants that bother only her (2nd floor owner hasn't complained once). 

With so many dropouts, will you tell your kids not to bother with it?

Have you asked your tenants if he is bothering them? 

Why even bother entertaining this type of nonsense?

I just went through all my closing docs, which include: general warranty deed, release of lien, deed of trust, loan documents, final note, final HUD and "dinky docs".I honestly don't feel like the seller is trying to disappear, my emails may have gone to junk mail, and he might not bother picking up an international phone number thinking it's another scam call.

They got home from work super late, often brought people home with them to party until sunrise, disturbed the neighbors, had drug dealers hanging out selling drugs and doing drugs, rotating cast of "room mates" and "boyfriends" staying there, lots of lies and lease violations etc. so in my experience they can cause problems (especially in multifamily situations unless the whole building has a similar culture, but also if it's a class A area they will likely bother the neighbors and police will become familiar with the property).

As a renter, a cleaning fee never bothered me.

.: I'm with you.I'd rather have my cleaner do the job the right way, not bother the guests with nickle and dime things and not assume their time is something I can dictate by having them load a disher etc.

Does that not bother you?
