GA LLC owns property in FL

We live in GA and have a GA llc for a LTR we own there. We recently purchased a STR in FL and deeded in name of GA Llc.

Should we have a separate FL based llc for the FL home?

Slowly discovering FL has some convoluted rules regarding STRs.
thanks!

@Charlotte Farrell

I am not a lawyer, but... you can register your GA LLC as a foreign entity with FL. Very minor fee to do so and maintain. Check out https://dos.fl.gov/sunbiz/

Cheers!
