So with this background information, I have a two fold question:What is the likelihood that seller is acting on his own and bank is completely in dark about this, or is the bank dictating what the dates should be on the contract, and seller is just obliging? 

Any suggestions on what would be the best market to move to for someone looking to buy distressed homes to flip.A little background on myself.

Hello everyone,I'm super excited to finally be submerged in real estate.Just to give a slight background of who I am: my name is schneider and I am a real estate investor as of January 9th 2017.

I have been a reader here for a little while but I've decided to join the forums.A little about my background.

Background: I bought a condo in Minneapolis, mn.

for a few years and cashflowed beautifully, you have the money to bring a downpayment to your new primary residence (which, btw, the banks will be MUCH more lenient on lendingwise than a new investment loan/refinance.So, good start, absolutely.

(Or anywhere) I've found this house, it's a 3/2.5 with 5000 sqft, on 25 acres with beautiful views, about 15 minutes from town, in a great neighborhood.

I am new to BiggerPockets, but have listened to a few podcasts and have been reading the forum in the background for quite some time.
