However, the appreciation is not as great and there is always risk of the government not being stable. 

It's fantastic that the government is attempting to help everyone, but, honestly, am I the only one that's worried about this?

With this much government intervention, I don't think we'll hit bottom for a solid 11 months.

The federal government will more than likely extend the basic state benefits for 2 years like they did in 08, but I doubt they'll keep that additional $600 going.

Can a drop in real estate values be prevented by ANY amount of government intervention, inclusive of printing money, placing pauses on evictions/foreclosures, or anything else we can think of, etc? 

I need to boost my income at least $1200 fast when I start investing cause I currently have insurance and food stamps through the government and will lose them when I make more.

I am not comfortable in the current environment as landlords have a target on their back from the government at all levels - local, state and national.

And it's always in the government's interest to tell you everything is going to be okay.

This is why I never rent units to attorneys (not a protected class) and I surely won’t be renting to any government officials in the future.  

It is getting to be a tougher RE climate when the government can come in and take control of all your hard work and risks you have taken in RE.
