Adam J Goodsite
Posted

I am 26 and I'm married with 4 kids. I have a full time job and my wife is a stay at home mom. I'm looking for the best strategy for my situation to get me to financial independence as fast as possible. Any ideas is much appreciated. Thank you

Hi @Adam J Goodsite,

I admire your motivation to become financially independent. Have you considered investing in multifamily? Look into passive investing. It a way of investing in real estate without taking up too much of your time. Essentially, you are letting your money work for you. This allows you to focus on even more forms of income while also providing time freedom.
