On top of mind at the moment are bully a**hole commercial brokers.Some big city (Seattle) commercial broker submitted a basically unsolicited offer to buy my one of my apartment buildings.

You’d probably still start with your insurance, give them a copy of your notice/documentation, and let them collect.

We will be spending our time extending leases, creating property documents with proof of rental history and stabilized the property.
