Why do the big dogs think they can bully the little guys? I told him to re-do it with a simple LOI to begin DD but use the standard multi NWMLS Form if it gets serious. I should just tell them to all p off.

Update. He submitted a simple LOI and agreed to use a standard NWMLS Form as the PSA if we survive the 25 day feasibility period.

A win for the little guy!
