The guy had 3 warrants out for his arrest, and when we knew he was home we'd phone the cops and say 'Come and get him', but we got crap like 'Do you know his SSN and DOB' from the dispatcher.

I would just create a separate phone # so i know which leads come in from his funded marketing.

I'll never want to deal with auto mechanics and dreading the phone calls that ALWAYS ended up being $1000 or more.....
