Get free appliances from Puget Sound Energy

Hello

If your appliances are older than 1990 and in working condition, Puget Sound Energy which is the utility company in the North West - Seattle metroplex , will replace these with new appliances. I just got a fridge and a washer for my rental unit, not sure why they will not do a dryer.
