could it be just and obstacle at the end of the street so people don't walk and bike thru these two homes back yard to get somewhere in that direction.. if you look at the road it goes right to this structure. ??

I have noticed a couple bandit signs that have a phone number listed and hand written a street name and a price on the sign, when you follow the arrows it either leads you to nothing or I think maybe one of them maybe a going thru foreclosure.

Yeah, there's somebody that has peppered signs all over North and West Metro area from Broomfield as far down as South Lakewood, that I've seen.  

So thats like no less then $150k for a property in a "C" area in North Miami.
