Would like input on how has had good success with multi family bootcamps and paid mentorships.Is there a particular program someone recommends, I see allot of options out there?

@Selina GiarlaI recommend finding an accountant who specializes in real estate taxation, business taxation, tax planning and financial planning.You may want to consider working with your accountant remotely to expand your options.I would also recommend looking for a accountant willing to work with you throughout the year.

Investors way more experienced than me suggest building a portfolio of high quality properties that produce well instead of a ton of low quality under performing properties. 

Even Zillow acknowledges their Zestimates can be off by as much as 10% (you can read more about this on their site).

Do you have recommendations for low cost options to post a 10 day notice on the property?
