Starting My Journey in Wholesaling Real Estate: Seeking Guidance and Contacts

Justin Griffin
Posted

I'm new to the wholesaling industry and eager to connect with others in the field. I've recently started a small business, Alpine Property Rentals LLC, focusing on wholesaling and acquiring single-family homes for rental purposes. I'm looking for resources to learn more about these areas and would appreciate any advice or recommendations. Thank you

@Justin Griffin We have a real estate meet up here in COS that will be helpful. I'll message you the details.

For wholesaling start sending mailers, cold calling, anyway you can find a deal and get it under value to sell to a flipper that will still be able to make money. Takes a lot of time for the first one so you need to stay disciplined and consistent.

For single family homes it is hard to get cash flow in CO unless doing Co-Living or STR. House Hacking is the best way to start since you do not need to put 20% down.
