i know ticor title (google them) can give you online/mobile access to look up properties, but you'd have to talk to a rep and/or establish a relationship with an agent who might be able to get you that access.anyway, congrats and keep at it!

In the meantime, try to get access to more deals whether it be through your own marketing, networking with realtors to bring you deals(although be careful because they'll tell you anything is a deal to make a commission) or some established wholesalers that can send you off market properties.

Can I add a provision to the TEC that requires the presentation of a written agreement in order for it to be binding and that, absent this proof, a month to month tenancy will be established at the disclosed rate?
