There are some risk management ideas you can discuss with the attorney that we see in commercial leases:- Requiring the Tenant to name you as an Additional Insured under their policy- Requiring 30 day notice of cancellation or revision of the policy- Requiring the Tenants coverage to be Primary and Non-Contibutiory- Including hold Harmless and Indemnification clauses- Requiring their company to waive Subrogation The Attorney can advise based on local laws other things that may be applicable

I suspect that there is usually large construction vehicles on the statue but the statue is so big, and the viewing is so far away, that it is hard to notice the construction vehicles.I have seen great cathedrals, great pyramids (Tikal among others), great buildings (Empire state building), great structures (Eifel Tower, Holt antenna array, Washington Monument, Old wall of Dobrovnik), other pretty good statues (mt Rushmore).

Is it an area you would venture to if the numbers are "good" or potentially "good" - There is a 4plex am looking at there (2 beds 1 bath in each unit) - but the property is in pretty bad shape (foreclosure- fannie mae) - I have it under contract but still doing some additional due diligence.

Crosby depending on what your state law is, I'd give them 24 (or 48 or whatever your state requires) hours notice that you will be inspecting and then get in there asap.
