Hi, I just joined this site and look forward to networking with many of its members.

Network with other investors, realtors, lenders, etc.

I get more and more emails of late from investors who have linked up with one another to network and do deals.

What excites me is to see all the young people thatare gaining an entrepreneurial spirit and are gettinginto the swing of things.I surely hope that you and all the others on thisboard will begin to prosper and network together.

There are a lot of resources on this site to help you,and as you look for your first deal, there's a lot ofwisdom here to help you.So pitch in to the conversations, make some new friends,and settle down for some serious networking.

I would look into your local REI group and start networking with people in the business.

I have to echo that, Sam.Read everything here and start learning from thediscussions.As for the contacts, many cities such as Dallas where Ilive have an REI Network that meets monthly.
