I am the Principal of a development / investment company in Reno Nevada. I just found this site and hope to meet many like minded individuals.

If any of you are looking for investments into new development projects with substantial returns (Investing wholesale, ROI from retail) in Nevada I would welcome a discussion. At this time we are working toward 3 condominium projects and 2 estate home lot projects.
