Just have some questions about getting started or trying to find out where to start. I know I need to find a realtor, need to get comps. I am doing research all the time.

Is it best to try these no money down techniques or go for bank financing? I know it depends on individual situations but reading up on some of this no money down and it gets a little confusing. Like having the owner hold a 1st or 2nd mtg.

Also has anyone researche areas of there respective cities where there was some redevelopment like in the downtown areas? Where the areas were just run down and now they are try to revitialze the area. How can you go about finding that type of info. I just relocated to Indianapolis, IN a few months ago and I am just having a hard time finding that type of info.
