All I can do is check to see if the dead person was on title but that doesn't tell me if they own other property.In Albuquerque you may be flying blind with your probate marketing but I bet that means you will have a lot less competition if you follow through month after month.

I bet the property they sold devalued by 30 to 40% while the one they bought in PDX went up at least 20% the last 8 years as its been full this whole time and rents have incrased by 20 to 30% since they bought it.
