Specifically, there's job growth (Intel, Honda, Amazon, Nationwide, etc) and the population is growing (unlike Cleveland or Cincy).

It’s also been a good place to network with lenders, agents, managers, cleaners, etc, as well as to trade leads on bookings (so if I find someone wanting a 4bd with a pool in Doral but I only have studios in Hollywood, I’ll put it in the chat and match people up).

You can do something really nice OR there are some basic pool fences on Amazon with removable posts and nylon netting. 

I also have a 42 unit mixed use building with dorm style apartments (studio and 1 bed).

Amazon, FedEx, Orlando Health Care, Lockheed Martin, Dollar Tree/Family/General, Autozone, AT&T, Chewies are some of the companies that have all moved major operations here and continue to invest in the area.

JPMorgan Chase, Nationwide, Honda, L Brands, Huntington, and Amazon are just a few of the many companies that have thousands of jobs in the city.New Albany is home to several major data centers including ones operated by Amazon, Google and Facebook, whose parent company, Meta, announced plans in the spring to expand its New Albany campus.

I think even more will come once the intel plant, honda plant, and Amazon distribution center are finished or close to it.

Many large business such as Amazon, ABC Supply Co., Dollar General, Shine Medical, Mercy Health and many others have created a booming rental market.
