Do I have to take those also after just taking mine through Lee Arnold?

If anyone currently doing this in my area is willing to share their experience or help point me in the right direction of a stellar real estate agent to help me find my first deal it would be much appreciated!!

They have been approved for a single family home Fannie loan (cannot do FHA because my husband works in the Cannabis Industry and the gov't will not allow).

As I’m not very familiar with the US market, I’m doing my own due diligence.Any thoughts or advice on these markets or others I should consider as well as any other considerations? 

Guys is the old rule 80/20 We are STR and buy and hold (that how you build wealth) group.So we come across people that want to buy more to do Airbnb to do pat-split etc.. and the other 80 I am frustrated.

DSCR doesn't touch cannabis, there are some funds who do. 

I’ve been seeing people post about the South Bend, Indiana real estate market and have become interested after doing some research.

Do you have any input on that area?
