Mechanical Contractor looking to learn more about BRRRR's

Hey Everyone, 

I'm a HVAC/Mechanical contractor in the Upstate of SC and looking to start building an investment portfolio using the BRRRR method. I have never purchased an investment property, have minimum knowledge besides what I've studied on, and have zero hands on experience. If anyone currently doing this in my area is willing to share their experience or help point me in the right direction of a stellar real estate agent to help me find my first deal it would be much appreciated!!
