In my case, after steam cleaning the carpets, and a fresh coat of paint, it was mostly gone after the painting and all gone some weeks later when I came back to check with new tenants in place.

He was to work a specific number of days per week and do specific tasks. 

I'm set to close on a 9-unit building in Chicago in the beginning of next week.

I am thinking about having a GC inspect the property sometime next week.

However, I do see that contractors could get sick of this if they saw no increased business and I had them bid a job a week. 

I will need the bids sooner rather than later and I expect to start the work within 3-4 weeks.

We saw a 10% decline in February in a matter of days/week. 

I have joined the REI in my area, I went to my 1st meeting last week. 

LOL.. about a week after his talk.I wish I had listened to him at Vegas I think I was at that event.. if you recall did the guys that sell Life settlements make a big talk ????
