Newark NJ - great agents

Hi every one  

I am doing the BRRRR in Newark NJ and i have to talk to few agents. and finally end up with one and he is sending me listings the last few weeks. but i feel that i dont get the great deals. and i dont get every deal that pops on the market and when i got it there is deals thets already on the market few days

could someone pls refer me to a good agent who's friendly and understand the idea of the BRRRR strategy
