What would most consider the best way to validate mileage for the purposes of mileage reimbursement?

If the former I wouldn’t think much as you’d be refi’ing with a commercial loan and in my layman’s opinion increasing the validity/protection afforded by your LLC...

I would ask how long they warranty their work.

If you get on a buyers list, validate the comps that are sent for god sakes.

Turns out he and his accountant both decided that losing a tenant to a squatting black bear was a valid reason to change intent.  

During the next high wind, those shingles will uplift and/or blow off all together, and due to the lack of seal, the manufacturer's warranty will be void.
