BP has been an incredible resource thus far.

The BP site is an incredible resource from the forums to the blogs and podcasts.

I would like to make that more of a priority in my life and as such my investment strategies should allow me to work from anywhere in the world.In terms of why I joined Bigger Pockets, I feel it is a great resource to network and develop connections as well as an awesome educational platform.

For me at the current point in time, I do not have the resources to purchase another home (or multi family) in San Diego. 

They really helped me understand the market better and the rehab levels I should be targeting with each unit on the turnovers.
