Hi All,

Im looking to for real estate agents who specialize in investment properties i.e duplexes. I plan on using the 'house hacking' strategy and want a good agent to work with. I currently live in NYC so I am new to the Real Estate scene in Nashville

@Catherine Aubale Epstein has built a portfolio in Nashville, and knows the market well, and works with out of town investors almost exclusively!
