This is an obvious issue any loan officer should have spotted from the get go. 

I'm not sure if this is posted in the right spot or not, but I'm looking to secure $40k in private money to close on a property.Long story short...I submitted an all cash offer two months ago on a short sale and someone else offered more so I moved on.

So after a year of planning, reading, researching and getting to know the different areas in Baltimore my husband @Evan Schluederberg and I are ready to purchase our 1st rental property in Baltimore (Fells Point, Federal Hill area).We put an offer on a place on Barney St. 2 units and a basement plus a parking spot. 

I'm pretty savvy on the MLS and know the pockets and neighborhoods and in spotting what I would call a 'gem' on what could yield a great return.

He would walk through the park at night with a big spot light which quickly got rid of our unwelcome guest.

You need to be "Johnny on the Spot" with this stuff.

I could use the front basement window as the spot to pump air out and use the back basement window as a vent to allow air back in causing air to flow through the entire basement.

Parking was not an issue with my units, as they are both in the same building and each unit comes with 2 parking spots/storage unit.
