The lender is not very smart though because the “gift” should have been in their account way in advance and confirmed by lender by 11/15 if anything.That all being said, that EMD is ridiculously high, even for a seller’s market!

You'll likely pay half the installation charge that way rather than getting a "package deal" from a bigger company or a "free installation" Note: I worked for a bigger company and the install charge and product markup were ridiculous.
