If someone comes from using a laundromat, it's normal to pack as much as humanly possible because they are EXPENSIVE $$$$, I would at least-- that mentality follows FYI!   

I thought it would be easier to work on small things throughout the year, but it is hard to find the time, because I just graduated from college, and have taken on a lot more responsibility.If anyone can recommend what I need to target and what I should prioritize, and whether they have any tips in order to minimize the amount I need to put into these repairs, I would really appreciate it.

Andrew, I'd definitely recommend getting another W2 with your tech sales skill set so that you're lendable.Keep doing the education, prioritize your networking, save your bread in a high yield savings account, and then buy your first house hack with your money! 

But I think you can still have just as much a problem solving mentality as a wholesaler as a straight investor.I currently take the hairy deal, put it together along with the solutions, wrap it into a nice neat package and sell it to another investor for a nice profit, yet leaving most of the meat on the table for the end investor.

No one says you can't figure it out, it's just a matter of how much mental anguish you want to put yourself through. 

You'd be surprised what they are willing to do when you see how you can accomplish a win win instead of this mentality a lot of LLs have which is "its my property, I own it, get the hell out".

If someone knows someone at the government have them prioritize what comes into the country to help the economy.

It just takes work ethic, determination, and proper prioritization. 

Therefore, I know from experience many will prioritize other goods before rent.
