First Post - New to Forums and some Q1 Goals

Hey Everyone! I've been listening to the podcasts, reading books and going to local meet ups for the past couple of years. When it comes to forums, I have been more passive and have left it to reading, but figured it couldn't hurt to post here as well.

A little about me....

- Recently laid off from a tech startup (currently deciding if I should just pour myself into taking more action on the REI side or find another W2 to fund my future investments). I was previously in B2B tech sales for a cybersecurity startup.

- Within the next couple of weeks I'd like to determine my strategy and market, financing & buy box

- Once I pick my market, I have a goal of evaluating 100 deals.

Any tips or advice welcome. Also, if you're local in the Bay Area, would love to take you out to coffee and network.
