After all fees, loan pay off, some lingering credit cards from the trips to Home Depot and some inspection items I will net $19,500.The neighbors really were happy to see this one get a make over and us bring it back.

I imagine they don't care one way or another what type of property is being served rather their more concerned with the signor on the account.If you want to use an entity to create an account then they will more than likely require you to create a commercial account.Banks work the same for checking accounts, credit cards, loans, etc.

Over the last six months I have paid down small credit card debt, put away $5,000 as an emergency fund, and contribute 15% to my 401K which I am not willing to lower to pay down debt or save more towards my first property- that stays the same.

So then they email to say you have 24 hours to click "confirm high bid"- but they don't tell me what would happen if I didn't. so I call customer service but they can't really tell me anything, i am trying to see if i will be in default if I don't confirm the high bid and thus would lose the $2500 deposit they are holding on my credit card which you have to put down in order to bid.
