Chad find, fund, and flip advance class.
Hello Community,
I would appreciate any advises I can get from here. I want to start to invest in real-estate. I just graduated from pharmacy school two years ago and have around 200k loans. I have nothing save, I put everything in a loan, plus I just got a divorce and that took a huge toll on me this year. I just went to the chad-find, fund, and flip class and learn a lot from them. They wanted 40k for the advance class, where I can start flipping house with the mentor guidance. The problem is that I do not have that kind of money, so I have to get new credit cards in order to pay them. Should I pay 40k to start flipping houses with the mentor guidance or should I save up and do the flip myself in the future without any guidance. I might make many mistakes along the way with no help. Have anyone experience with this? Are these classes worth it to put youself into more debts?
