I just sent my 3rd round of direct mail postcards and got a call from someone who has land, perhaps several parcels (he was a bit vague).

Can anyone familiar with these type of transactions, specifically in the Sacramento, CA area, shed some light on how you go about compiling a mailing list for Probate properties?

The deed is being mailed but I confirmation of payment for the property

If so, the investor would be better off buying forever stamps and hoarding them under their mattress for 30 year hoping people still mail in the future.
