All rented except the one in New Orleans that I use as a second home and place for my parents when they are in the US.My job in Europe has now ended and I am in a state of transition--don't really want to return to the corporate world, but think I may have to.  

They'll probably refuse to do it and say it's your fault, you can argue your case.... but honestly they don't sound like they're doing a good job.

The chances they get the job are very slim.

It was difficult to verify income because of cash paid construction jobs, but previous landlord confirmed they never missed a payment.

This sounds like a property that you did a great job on the rehab making this a set it and forget it rental. 

Second great job building up some capital.Seems like a pretty easy decision - investing in multifamily will provide cashflow and hands on experience.

The city provides many jobs to the locals and surrounding counties due to heavy industrialization. 

Our inspection period expires on 9/15, inspection is scheduled for tomorrow, 9/13 - we don't expect any significant surprises based on a preliminary visual check.

@James McCormick yep that's exactly what I was looking into, either that or mySQL. mySQL is more robust bus access may be able to get the job done.
