I'd simply say you're interested in investing in real estate and need to interview banks and lenders to find the right fit for your business.

What are some good interview questions to ask brokers?

I am talking with  hard money lenders for the first time in the next few days and would like to hear some questions you all ask when interviewing possible lenders. 

The bigger and more expensive names (like KW, Coldwell, Berkshire, Remax, etc.) probably won't fit your needs as well as a small brokerage with smaller splits (like Equity, Real, or small local operations).When you're about 75% of the way through the licensing course, start interviewing brokers.
