My wife and I have been obtaining information on Internet about Real Estate Investment and found your Website to be very informative.

My low income tenants can't handle the Internet options anyway.

I tried to tell him they are not but he works for Apple and sees internet scams unfold all day long so he is very cautious. 

I planned on, at least, purchasing a 3-4 unit MFH utilizing a 20% downpayment and lenders loan to get used to the process of buying and renting as i have zero experience with either, not to mention any of the other factors that play into REI (my biggest financial burden so far in life has been an overly expensive cable/internet bill hahah).Now, i suppose my very general question is... do you, BP community, feel that I (with the 250k set aside) have the potential to reach my goal by the end of my active duty contract.

I want to do *everything* in my power to scrub the internet of negative information related to these events, particularly press coverage of them.

You need to join local investment clubs, continue monitoring BP and asking questions, and scouring the internet for information to your questions. 

So I'm trying to rent out a place right now, but the applicant is a senior citizen and doesn't have Internet, doesn't have cell phone, and I'm pretty sure doesn't know how to use a computer.Sites like MyRental.com and SmartMove.com all require the tenant to authorize their credit check by email.In my situation, what do I do?
