Starting a Real Estate Investment Company

Hi, my name is Gerry Sosa. My wife Paulette and I are interested in starting a real estate investment company. In the past my wife and I had some experience in real estate. We owned a second home in our area which we rented. Unfortunately five years later we had to rid of it in a short sale. My wife and I have been obtaining information on Internet about Real Estate Investment and found your Website to be very informative. We would appreciate any information you can forward to us regarding the best way to start this business without using all of our savings and any other tips you can give us.

Thanks.
