How to background check of tenant who doesn't have Internet?
So I'm trying to rent out a place right now, but the applicant is a senior citizen and doesn't have Internet, doesn't have cell phone, and I'm pretty sure doesn't know how to use a computer.
Sites like MyRental.com and SmartMove.com all require the tenant to authorize their credit check by email.
In my situation, what do I do?

These guys work pretty good for this as well.
Tenant fills out a paper form and you scan it in & email it to AAA
