Part of my longer term strategy is to over the next few years build up a good brand and relationship with brokers and home buyers in my farm area so that when a house I'm brining back to life hits the market, everyone wants to see it and put an offer on itI guess I'm looking for guidance from those more experienced ...will having this same brand on my direct mail pieces be a positive or negative thing?

Is it in a location where the demand for rental properties will remain high, generally in a more core area and not part of the urban sprawl SA is experiencing?  

One thing I should have added was that in order to remain a competitive investor my assessment of the market has to remain current; for example, my area has experienced in my judgment about a 5-10% premium increase in the lower strata (less than $100k) of houses.

Really just looking for any tips from experienced flippers to add to my mental notebook!
