Hello my name is Randy and I currently reside in Northern Va. I am brand new to the Real Estate world. I am more that intrigued and excited to learn to build passive income, buying flipping and holding properties. Looking forward to meeting like mind folks who are passionate about real estate. I also intend to purchase do some bird dogging and tax lien purchases. Any information that can help me is much appreciated!! Thanks for the advice @Ned Careystill getting acclimated on Bp. I just recently submitted my first offer on a property. The owner immediately counter offered and I resubmitted based on the counter offer. So now I'm just waiting to here back. Nevervous exacted all at once. Any coaching or advice from those experienced in this I'd appreciate? Feel like in just that last few weeks I've gain a vast knowledge just from being on this site. I will continue to keep you all post.
