It is a half duplex and I love the location butttttt my neighbors play loud music, have many people coming in and out of the place and most days are hanging outside drinking beer or smoking. 

When we all left our home in Texas, we promised that we'd drink this way to remember the days when we drank together.

It won't be long before you no longer miss the all you can eat free pizza.  

I also just *love* the part where the government takes even more of my property rights away from my property that I own and belongs to me and.... oops, I mean the property that used to belong to me but has over time been confiscated by government, although they generously allow me to pay the mortgage, insurance, taxes, repairs etc.Welcome to the Socialist State of North North California.Rant Over.The unintended consequences will be that marginal tenants will now not be approved and will have even more of a problem finding housing.

When I called the section-8 tenant to find out what was happening, she made up an entire story about how someone broke in to her place and took all her belongings and smashed the windows.

Just a few yards of grass that does not belong to my property.

I would also cut out many of the unnecessary expenses like going out to eat/drink, major vacations, etc.
