To avoid issues like this, I prefer to pull the wire information from the portal where all the other documents are housed or calling my contact to confirm the information verbally before heading to the bank versus using the information that is emailed to avoid any possibly errors or fraudulent activity.

Trying to find out if there is a site or software, paid or free that shows which auctions are coming up per state, per county for the whole country.

My process goes something like tenant sees online listing, calls automated line to get texted a link or otherwise, gets sent tomy software that pre qualifies them.

It's a great way of explaining the differences between software like Zillow versus the MLS(especially for future clients).
